Trouble signing in, changing your email, or your password? Email us at hello@joinkaleid.com from the address on your account and we’ll sort it out.

Kaleid has zero tolerance for harassment or objectionable content. To report or block someone, open their profile, tap the ⋯ menu, and choose Report or Block. You can manage blocked accounts anytime in Settings → Blocked accounts.

We review reports and remove violating content — and remove the people responsible — within 24 hours. To report something urgent, email hello@joinkaleid.com with “Safety” in the subject.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account. That removes your profile, posts, and messages. If you’d rather we do it, email hello@joinkaleid.com.
